VPN Drops out

A Server I manage seems to cut off connected VPN users
after about 1 hour, There are no errors in the logs or any
other reason I can find for this problem.

The Server is Win2000 SBS SP4.

Any ideas.

Check your Remote Access Policy settings in the RRAS snapin. If you have an
idle-timeout or session-timeout set, this could explain the problem.

Outside of that, PPP logs should tell you what could be happening. You can
enable this on the RAS server by opening a command prompt and typing:

netsh ras set tracing * enable

The log will be put in your %windir%\tracing directory.
