VPN Connects but no traffic

I have a 2-nic SBS 2003 with ISA 2000.

A remote user can connect using VPN (authenticates, shows "connected" in
network connections", but no traffic is passed.

The system was upgraded from SBS 2000 and VPN was working before the
upgrade. The router is the same and its settings are unchanged so this must
be a configuration issue.

I believe traffic is flowing from client to server but cannot get back. The
only clue I have is the following entry in IPRouterManager.LOG:

[5636] AddInterfaceToAllProtocols: No interface info for username. Not
adding to any protocols.
[5636] SetInterfaceFilterInfo: Both filters info are NULL for username, so
leaving
[5636] AddInterface: Added username: Type- 0, Index - -1, ICB 0x5d3d08
[4620] InterfaceConnected: InterfaceConnected called for username. State is
3
[4620] BindFilterInterface: No Context, assuming interface username not
added to filter driver
[4620] Error adding route, Stack bit == 0

Does anyone have any clues where to look to resolve this?

Hi Tim,

The logs which you provided doesnt give much information. Can you share out
the complete router.log, iproutermanager.log, and rasman.log?

Were you able to work out what is wrong from the logs I posted?

I upgraded ISA 2000 to ISA 2004 and the VPN now works.

Thanks,

Tim

Thanks for the updates Tim. We couldnt figure out anything fishy from the
logs and were trying to repro the scenario.
