IPRouterManager.LOG - please help me to decipher!

Hi. I am having some routing issues with a RAS server. Below is a
portion of the IPRouterManager.LOG this server:

There are some enteries in the above log that I think may provides
some good clues as to why I am having routing issues with this server.
Can someone please help me figure out what this means?
