VPN Client in Windows XP Disconnects After four Minute

Hi all

We are using Microsoft Windows 2003 server and running RAS and Linksys
router. Now, we have 6 computers, but VPN Client in Windows XP of 2 notebook
disconnects after Four Minute (is 4 minute) each time, other is working
fine. I have installed Windows XP SP2 and Norton SAV 9.0. Have any people
know what problem ? I found "VPN Client in Windows XP disconnects after one
Minute on Microsoft Web site, but it is no any relative. Also, my problem is
4 minuties , not one minutres.
