VPN & Cable ISP = Slow Read & Write

VPN clients connect successfully & fast.....But writing, and especially
reading/executing files is REALLY slow....

I m guessing its b/c of the 200kb upload bandwidth...do you think thats the
case?
 
Yes. VPN always uses the slower b/c speed of the line and it does it both
ways. You do not get the faster speeds on the download side when using VPN.
