VPN-> After a client logs on....

Some of the clients who logon to our vpn, end up getting cut off soon after.

It pop up a message on their computer saying "disconnected by local
computer"

I don't know why their comp would cut them off.

maybe they are too far away??? (too many hops in the internet to our
network?)

This only happens to our clients at home in MD & not VA (vpn server is in
VA)

I need help, any idea?
