Voting Buttons -- Summary of Responses Incomplete

I have a user who periodically sends out e-mails using Voting Buttons. After
sending the e-mail, he moves the message from Sent Items into a subfolder
under Sent Items. Until yesterday, the summary of responses obtained by
clicking on the yellow bar always showed all of the responses; however,
yesterday three of the responses did not show up in the summary, even after
opening the responses sent. Any ideas what could be causing this? (We are
using Outlook 2002.)
 
It has always worked before; he always moves the sent e-mail into the
subfolder (the same folder every time) practically immediately after he sends
it. Any other ideas?
