Hello,
Yes, I have read the posts on this subject. Here is the problem I am
having: every morning when I turn on my PC the volume icon is always missing
from the taskbar. I then have to go to control panel---sounds and audio
devices---volume tab---and check the box called "place volume icon in the
taskbar". Ok...now I have my volume icon back....BUT....the SETTING DOES NOT
STAY. After I log off for the night....log back on in the morning....the
volume icon is missing again from my taskbar. I then have to repeat the
whole process because the box that I checked (place volume icon in taskbar)
is now UNCHECKED! Why does it keep unchecking itself? How can I fix this?
Any help would (of course) be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
