Volume control Icon

I uninstalled my sound card and re enabled the on board AC97 sound but there
is no volumn control on the task bar. How do I put the volumn control icon
back on the task bar?

Hai

You uninstalled your sound card. o.k. Have you uninstalled it's
driver? First uninstall it's driver. Then Install the correct driver
for your on board AC97. Then volume control icon will be back on the
task bar.

Start | Settings | Control Panel | Sounds and Audio Devices. On the Volume
tab, check the box "Place volume control..."
