Vol control in systray

My volume control occasionally but not always shows in the systray. The only
way I've found to adjust vol when watching TV on PC is to launch Realplayer
and use that.

How can I get the vol control to show all the time?

I can add that about 8 other icons fail to show, but by logging off (I don't
normally use log on/off) then on they appear.

Is it lack of time for them to load initially? Is there a fix?

Right click the Taskbar>Properties>Taskbar and Start menu
Properties>Click the Taskbar tab>Click the Customize button>Locate the
Volume icon and set its state to Always show.
