Voip, Outlook phone calls

I have Westell modem from Verizon, Verizon's voice wing Voip. How do I make
calls from Outlook and receive call into Outlook?

I also have WinFax Pro software and would like to send/receive faxes through
all this if possible also.

You need 3rd party assistance and integration for this. Contact the software
vendors.
