Voice Modem not activating with SP4

Hi all

i have a DLink Data/Fax/Voice Modem
but even on inbstalling the requisite Manufacturer driver,my Voice modem is not activatin
as it is not showing in the Unimodem Half Duplex Audio Device

As i want to program using TAPI,this is very imp. for me.

Plz suggest what might be wromg,,,does SP4 have anything to do with it
Do give the solutio

Was the Unimodem Half Duplex Audio Device seen by
Windows before you applied SP4? Check with DLink for
an updated driver, and be sure the driver includes support
for the voice modem portion (some drivers have this support
intentionally removed).
