VLookup

I have a VLookup question. I know how to use a VLookup, but what I am
running into is this; I have two fields that I need to compare for the
lookup.

For example, I am looking for an Employee_ID and HSARE field

So, if Employee_ID is found, then look for HSARE then give the value for
HSARE based on the Employee_ID field.

I really hope my post makes sense; I don't know of a better way to describe
what I am trying to do.
