Does anyone know how i can make a VLookup refresh every time i add new data.
Ex i am doing a report that is based on numbers. the numbers corelate to
someones name. My list of numbers increses on a weekly basis. When i add new
numbers it goves me the old list. is there a way to make it automatically
update

VlookUp is an Excel function.
You have posted this message to the wrong newsgroup.
The access in this groups name refers to Microsoft Access, a database
program.
Please repost to the correct newsgroup for Excel. I would suggest you
include your Windows and Office version number in the message.

VLookUp is not an Access function - but you're posting in an Access
newsgroup. Are you using Excel? or Microsoft Access?

This may be an application which would be more suited to Access than
to Excel (though you'll need to put in some effort to learn Access,
it's got a rather steep learning curve).
