VLookup / pull data from 1 sheet to another

have backup copy of a file that find need data lost in new sheet. Is there a
way / with VLookup in another workbook, to get data that finds the same
symbol from one column, to get the data from 2nd column into new workbook:
will then copy-paste special values to where they go.. thanks.
