Vlookup on another sheet

I want the Vlookup to look up the other open sheet that is not currently
selected to do a Vlookup on it. I don't want to have to specifically name
the other Excel file or the worksheet I'm trying to lookup values from. Any
suggestion? Even a push in the right direction would really help.
