Hi

I want to use the result of my vlookup in another formula. The =--vlookup(...) does not work and gives me #value!

I am using excel 2013 and I merely want to multiply the vlookup cell/result with another cell

It sounds like you have a problem with your VLOOKUP. Does it work OK in isolation? (ie before you try to multiply the result)
