Does anyone know about a applying visual styles errors? I
have a computer that 5 minutes after booting will make a
chirping sound for one second then the background changes
to clouds, when I change the background after this I get
Applying visual styles error the visual styles could not
be applied, the service did not respond to the start or
control request.

Hi,

This is due to changes made with the Accessibility Wizard. Revert them.
