Prerequisites is usually a document that details what is required
for the rest of the program to operate. It usually gives a list of
hardware, such as the amount of memory needed, the amount
of hard drive space, etc.
In the event that it is an actual program, you'll have to click on
the items listed and do some reading about it. I don't use that
particular program, so I don't have any information about
whether or not the Prerequisites is an html document or text
document or whatnot.
Let me know if that helps, and if you need some more help,
explain to us what kind of document it is that you are talking
about. Usually it doesn't hurt to open such things and run
them. It might be an application that runs to check to see if
you have the necessary prerequisites. It seems kind of odd
though that Microsoft would do it this way when they've put
the memory checking and such directly into the installation
application.
