Visual Studio 2008 Instakk Fails???????

I get the same problem while trying to instal the Visual Studio proffesional
editon ( trial 90 days ) like most people do.It fails always on the same
point:
"Web authoring component"
This problem has many discussions on forums on the web. Many solutions
suggested that work for some but most people still are with the same problem.
I tried various intallations including the expess editions ( one by one )
the iso image ( using daemon and burn on disc ). I carried out tens of
propable solutions and nothing. Always the same at the same time. It is
getting very frustrating. How microsoft provides something as a final product
and it has some many bugs?????????Anybody knows of a solution please some
help would be greatly appreciated. By the way below I include my laptop specs
and the error log created. Thanks

Any chance you had any betas , CTP's or RC's installed previously?
If so, the following article by Steven Cheng may be helpful:

previously installed beta(or CTP) version(or related components).

..NET 3.5, windows SDK 6.0....) and install the VS 2008 again.
