unable to install ANY .net frameworks to xp professional sp2

I have tried installing any of the .net frameworks to windows xp
professional sp2, I have even gone so far as to edit the registry.
This is the list of my most recent failures error codes.

I have a fix for Microsoft.net frame 2.0 I have spent countless hours
researching this subject. It started when one of our office computers would

There are many <a href="http://www.pc-kitchen.com">Windows Registry Cleaning Programs</a> out there that would probably solve this problem....

If that doesn't work then try windows update...

If that doesn't work then format your computer....
