Visual Studio 2002 (?)

There's an upgrade offer for VS.NET 2003 thats pretty reasonable.

They say that the upgrade is for VS.NET 2002.

We bought our VS.NET in 2002 but it doesn't say '2002' on it.

Did we miss an upgrade or did they just rename of the original VS.Studio
2002 ?
 
If you go into the Help|About screen it will say Microsoft Development
Environment YYYY, where YYYY is either 2002 or 2003. You can upgrade from VS
2002 to VS 2003 for about $30US but I think that offer ends very soon
(berfore the end of the month). Check out the MS site for more info.
 
The second one -- The first release of Visual Studio .Net was renamed
"Visual Studio .Net 2002" for clarity.
