Visual Studio 2005 installation

I have a full version of Visual Basic 6 and upgrade versions of Visual Studio
2002, 2003, and 2005. What is the easiest way to do the install? I know in
the past, I have done Visual Basic 6, then the 2002 upgrade, then the 2003
upgrade, then the 2005 upgrade. Do I have to perform all of these steps ?

So, VB6 then VS 2005?

You should be able to just install 2005 and enter the product key without
having to install the over versions.

Dont forget, my VS 2005 is the upgrade edition, so I thought I would have to
have a product there to upgrade.

I have VS 6 with Service Pack 6 installed. I installed Visutal Studio 2005
upgrade version (both are full versions).

I can start both programs; however, when i double click on a olderVisual
basic project and it opens VS 6, correctly, it requirese me to insert the
visual studio 2005 disks (both 1 & 2) several times before starting VS 6.
This occurs everytime i start the visual basic project.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Bob Sanders
