Capitalization, in and of itself, does not at all identify Microsoft's
program nor imply involvement in Microsoft's program unless Microsoft were
to register the capitalized form of the phrase as a trademark. All
capitalization provides is, well... capitalization.
Describing a system builder by their partner relationship with Microsoft
always means a Microsoft partner. It's built into the phrase.
As for the topic of the thread, that has clearly changed. Some threads
begin as Vista related and end up about world politics. I am referring to
the recent topics discussed in the thread. It is about system builders as
it relates to OEM software.
