vista won't start

just bought an acer aspire 3 weeks old, computer will not start up. Just goes
to the repair or startup normal screen or the blue screen. I have gotten a
few errors \\systemroot\system32\ntdll.dll unknown hard error and pfn list
corrupt. The system didn't come with a start up or repair cd....please help

You should definitely RETURN the computer for a refund or an exchange.

A new computer should not do this, and you should not have to sort out problems
like this.

I agree with Calbear.new computer should not do that ...take it back.
But if your far far away from your point of purchase...Acer come with a
recovery partition and the little manual that came with it will tell you how
to use it.
