Vista Windows Mail

Am running Vista Ultimate on a Dell Dimension 8400 with 1.5GB Ram and 2GB
ReadyBoost Ram.

WIndows Mail has been performing well till about a week ago....Now I can't
Forward an email. When I attempt to Forward...I can create the forward..and
Click Send/Teceive....WIndows mail moves the email to the Outbox....but will
not send it any further.

After attempting to Forward...i can no longer Reply to email messages. Have
to go to the Windows Mail Folder...and DELETE all files...reboot my
system...then go back into Windows Mail...Now I can Send and Receive....but
still no Forwarding capability.

If you have any ideas, Please advise;

Multiple problems with Windows Mail now show up all over the Internet...
