Vista Windows Mail Cannot See Folders contacts

K

I have my Contacts organized
as
directed into folders of like kind, like Family, Business etc. When I
create a new email and click on TO I can only see those contacts that
remain in the general Contacts field, but none of those I have put into the
folders. The folders do not appear in the To browse window. Why
please!

You can create folders in the Contacts folder, but WM won't "see" them when
you click on the To: button. You can, however, use them if you open
Contacts, open your sub-folder, highlight the addresses you want, then
right-click, and select Action - Send Email
