I cannot get my laptop to load viasta, it will go into the windows loading
screen and then just a black screen. I turn it of and on and then i get the
windows repair which doesnt fix the porblem, is any one having the same
problem or know how to fix this. I would really appreciate the help.

Sounds like some startup item is failing to load. But you need to
provide more information for folks here to help you. For instance, did
you just install Vista on this laptop, or have you been using it with
Vista for some time without any trouble? And had you installed any new
software or hardware just before the problem began?

Can you boot into safe mode and do a system restore or choose Last known
Good Startup on the boot options menu when you press F8?

you did not say how old your lap top was..i have had computers..that the cd
or dvd drive..was worn..and it would not spin the disk fast enough to read
the program..had to buy a new cd or dvd..if you all ready had it installed
once and it is doing that..i wouldnt waste my time..i would go into setup and
change the boot order to dvd..and then have the disk in the drive and reboot
and see if it will boot from the dvd like that..give people on here more info
