Vista visual effect while minimize/maximize windows - Vista Help

How in the world do you turn off the window effect that happens when
you minimize and maximize windows in Vista? Where is this setting
located? Windows Vista's Help gives no help.

Hi,

Same place as in XP. Control Panel/System/Advanced System settings/Advanced
tab/Performance Settings/Visual Effects tab, disable "Animate Windows when
minimizing and maximizing".
