Vista Upgrade

Hi all,
I installed(clean install) Vista Home Premium , using my MSDN Universial
subscription copy. I would now like to upgrade to Ultimate. Setup will not
run from the DVD, and also errors when attempting to boot from the DVD. Is
there any way to accomplish this without formating the drive and starting
over?
