At the Moduslink Vista Upgrade site (the OEM site, clicked "yes" for "you
have a generic upgrade form"), on the screen where you enter the serialized
coupon number it askes for the COA number for MS OFFICE! ... "Please find
the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) label affixed to your Microsoft Office
back up media which includes a 14 digit COA number. "

Why are they asking for the Office COA rather than your XP COA?

If this is a typo wouldn't they have fixed it by now??

You would think they would have fixed it, but an Office COA number will not
work to obtain the Vista upgrade.

I've been emailing and calling Moduslink for over week and they still
haven't fixed the web page. At this point It's amusing to see the depth of
their non-action.

Good job Microsoft in picking your partners!
