Vista upgrade issues

I don't know what build it is, as its at home, its from December, i assume is
5381, i will confirm later. However, after installing ( all 6 hours ), i
can't browse anything, windows simply flash up and close instantly after
double clicking, i can't run any programs either, i have tried to browse to
the root of C:\ but i can't unless i browse through the supplemental driver
upgrade program which is looking for D:\drivers, which isn't on the Technet
DVD i got.

NB: i chose upgrade rather than complete install, is this a reason?

Cheers, any HELP! would be muchly appreciated,

Bryan

At this stage of development, Vista beta does not
support upgrading. You need to perform a "clean install".
