vista ultimate vs vista enterprise

I would like a rundown of the differences between Vista Ultimate vs Vista
Enterprise... Ultimate seems to be the 'max', but Enterprise has the
Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack and Flexible Desktop Computing packages,
and they are both attractive but can not be found anywhere but under
Enterprise, so there are differences, and I can not find a definite listing
of the actual differences between the 2 versions... if anyone can help, it
would be greatly appreciated... so thanks in advance, and have a great
day/week/weekend!!...

Enterprise is a Corporate release that comes with the Volume License . It is not available to the public at large but can be purchased from a Company under the Home User agreement. It has some extra features which is not really needed for home use.
