Vista Ultimate 32bit and 64 bit

I recently purchased the Vista Ultimate and am still unable to upgrade my
32bit xp but I also have the 64bit Xp on the same machine. Does Vista
Ultimate allow you to install both 32bit and 64 bit copies on the same
machine?

You get only one license, and you're supposed to choose 32-bit
or 64-bit, not both. Whether you can physically install both
(probably) and get both activated (maybe), I can't say for sure.
