vista ultimate 32/64 bit full edition

Hi, I am wondering if you purchase the full version with both disc's can you
load one on one computer and the other on another computer or is there only
one that you can use??? Thanks just need some insite on this.

The license is only good for one computer running either
the 32-bit or 64-bit version, but not both.
