Vista TweakVi WARNING!!!!!!!!!

May I suggest some helpful information and answers rather than mindless
juvenile comments? Why not explain how to remove the shortcuts TweakVI
leaves on the desktop that can't be removed?

I don't understand that either. If people knew everything there was to know,
they wouldn't be asking questions, and even though I don't have many
answers, I'm happy to share the things I know...which isn't much, but at
least I try. There used to be a poster in Win98 named Shep, what a wonderful
help he was to everybody, and he did it with so much patience. I miss him
and Win98.

I will share something with you..

TweakVI is NOT an advancement of TweakUI..

TweakVI is NOT produced by Microsoft as TweakUI was.

Any problems with the use of TweakVI should be directed at the people
responsible for TweakVI..

I have no idea what it is. I used to have TweakUI on Win98, and somebody
gave a link to TweakUAC which I found helpful to control the UAC. I very
much appreciated the information, but I have never heard of TweakVI. So,
what's the problem with saying that to the poster, instead of how stupid he
is etc., not saying you did, but some did. I just don't see the point, but
I'm not in charge of manners, just sayin.

Mike sometimes gets a broomstick up his butt, if you get my drift ;-)

Do not pay attention to those who recommend this crap software. I
uninstalled it and the icons cannot be removed from the desktop! I can
neither drag and drop them in the recycle bin nor right-click them and
delete. Why the hell are the MVPs recommending something like this to
people?
Did you stop taking your medicine?
Please take it before they send you back to the funny
farm!

MVPs as a group do not recommend it..

I uninstalled it. A System-Restore seems to have helped considerably. If I
can't resolve most of these problems I'll so a System-Recovery.

Thanks for posting back. That's always a nice gesture when we get back a post
indicating if the suggestions were helpful or not.

These MS groups are filling up with Trolls because they're not moderated.
