Vista - Switch User Delay

Please could you tell me if when I switch between users, the display shows
'No Signal' and it appears as if Vista is re-starting? This happens even if
both users are logged on. It doesn't switch fast like you would switch
between applications?

Hi,

No signal can mean that your graphics card does not support resolution or
refresh rate (screen setting) using while user is switched. In fact much
more probably is that your installed driver for graphics card is not fully
compatible with Vista.

Switching isn't as fast as switching between apps - system back to the
welcome screen without logging off currently logged users.
