Vista RC2

Downloaded and installed Vista RC2, thought what a great system. Then tried
my printer, hardly any functions that work, then tried my "new" Epson
scanner, just the same,would only scan using the Vista built in Scan & Fax.
Have now reverted back to XP where everything works fine. If when the final
release of Vista comes out and my ancillorys still wont have full
functionality then I will stay with XP.

You don't do allot of beta testing do you? It is not Microsoft's
responsibility to get your devices working in Vista, it is the device
manufacturers responsibility to produce drivers that will work, and they are
not going to do that until Vista is RTM.

Good point Dave. Others need to understand that. Many are taking a dinosaur
and trying to run a State of the Art OS. One thing users of Vista should do,
is a clean install. That took care of my problems.
