Vista RC1 and VirtualPC

I've a problem installing Windows Vista RC1 using Virtual PC 2004 SP1.
After the locale selection, I got the message "Windows cannot open the
required file d:\Source\Install.vim". The error code was 0x80070570

I used 512 MB of RAM (with less the installtion does not start) and I
prealloccate 16 GB of virtual HD.
Have you gor any hints ?

I had the same error when I tried to install RC2, I found that mounting the
iso and running the install worked. I used Daemon Tools to mount the image
and run the upgrade. it can be downloaded from http://www.daemon-tools.cc/

Thanks jgolden. I'm trying to do the same with the similar utility from
Microsoft.
While I'm writing Vista is installing on the Virtual PC...
