Vista, Outlook 2007, Outlook Connector Done.. Missing Hotmail Fold

I just did a clean install of Vista Upgrade and I know that is going to be a
problem but I did not have a choice because my XP crashed, but I will deal
with that later.

For now, I just installed it all... Vista, Office 2007, Outlook Connector..
and everything came by smoothly without a hitch. I used the Outlook
Connector to put in my e-mail and password. No error message came up.

I checked Hotmail.com through IE and could see there are seven folders which
I already had. But Hotmail is not picking it up right. I even see the
"Send/Receive Complete" on the bottom right and I see that only one custom
folder from my Hotmail showed up on Outlook, but not the other folders.

Before, it was XP and Outlook 2007 - all of my folders came in nicely. This
time, only one out of seven.

I even sent an e-mail to myself and it did not show up although it did show
up on www.hotmail.com so I know it's not the spam blocker. I even have the
spam blocker off.
 
Are there any errors logged by the Outlook Connector? Use the Outlook
Connector Toolbar to check.

Absolutely no "errors" anywhere... but I am missing half of the folders. I
send e-mails to myself, using same e-mail addresses, and it doesn't arrive in
Outlook, but does show up thru MSN Messenger and eventually hotmail.com

An unknown error was encountered during a synchronization operation with the
service. Some of the items might not have been synchronized.
Look for a log in the Sync Issues folder.

Remove the Hotmail account and restart Outlook. Then add the account again.
See if it fully syncs now.

Doesn't work. I deleted it, added it again, deleted it, added it...

Now it gives me this:

There is an error synchronizing your mail account. Please verify your
account has been configured correctly by first accessing your mail on the web.
Error: 4402. Client. Client FolderId [blocked] is not found in the request.

I have no problem accessing it on the web. And I have the Plus or
Premium... Calendar and Contacts are fine, but not the e-mails.

Did some fiddling... now the Error 4402 is not there, but it is still not
receiving all of my e-mails. When I had Windows XP, it worked great, but now
with Vista and the same Outlook 2007, the e-mails are not working right. It
does get the Calendar and the Contacts so I am sure my password is correct.

Does the sync process get stuck on the same message each time? See if moving
that item to another folder or even deleting it solves your issue.

Which version of the Outlook Connector are you using? 12.0.4518.1063?

No, it even says "Completed" until I click it and I can see the sync error
message.

Now, I have two hotmails running.. one thru Microsoft Connector and one thru
HTTP. It's good for now.. the one thru Connector has calendar which I use
all the time and the other has HTTP which has e-mail which I obviously use
all the time too.

That's okay for now, I guess.
