Vista & Outlook 2007 errors

Hi there
I had a power failure the other day which causes me to believe this is why
I'm getting these errors.

When I rebooted, I tried to open outlook... it took a few minutes to load...
saw the "personal folders was not closed properly" load screen... followed by
an error message that said:

"Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not complete your last action or
actions. Please try again"

When I close that (it keeps coming up 4-5 times), I get the following pop up:

"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The
set of folders cannot be opened. Errors have been dectected in the file:
c:\....\outlook.pst. Quit Outlook and all mail-enabled applications, and then
use the Inbox repair tool (Scanpst.exe) to diagnose and repair errors in the
file. For more information about the Inbox repair tool, see Help"

So... after this, I close it and I looked all over the computer for
scanpst.exe and couldn't find it...

Everywhere I read it says that it's because my outlook.pst file is over 2GB
in size but it's actually only 1.13GB.

Your help will be gladly appreciated!

%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office12\scanpst.exe

Outlook 2007's native PST can be 20GB (and larger).
