This happened to me but mine was over 6 weeks.
I used the e-mail which came when I ordered to report this eventually I
recieved a personal reply - my DVD had been despatched but it never reached
me. I had downloaded at the last minute as my computer for this was ready.
Thye told me they would despatch another via courier - this took longer than
I thought as I only received it last week - despite telling them I had
already installed. I am in the UK but despatch was from Southern Ireland.
It was the direct marketing e-mail I used. I have the e-mail plus tel.
numbers on it but not too sure if I am permitted to post in the user group?
If you are in the UK and this is allowed then I have the deatils - thye will
possibly tell you to wait 8 weeks as this was the reply I received with my
first enquiry.
I only orderd as it was advised at the time to save the servers but have
paid for a DVD which I couldn't use
