vista mail lost attachment

I open a word document in vista mail and made changes to it. Rather than
clicking save as and designating where to save the document I accidently
just hit save. The document saved but I have no idea where. I tried to
search it out but with no success. Does anyone know how I can find this
document? I assume it is in some temporary file within windows.

It is lost, you must save attached documents to your hard drive prior to
editing them.

We all made that mistake at some time, I bet you don't do it again )
