vista hyperlink security warning

all of a sudden I get a security warning using the hyperlinks in my database
to subfolders of my db. Also, my imbedded browser shuts down access. Anyone
else seeing this behaviour and anyone have any suggestions on how to shut off
these warnings. By the way UAC is already turned OFF... so that's not it.

Thanks

I have managed to get one of the warnings off using the information here
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=829072

but when I get to

Method 1: Turn off the "Confirm open after download" option for the file
type that you are trying to open
To do this, follow these steps:1. Double-click My Computer.
2. On the Tools menu, click Folder Options.
3. On the File Types tab, select the appropriate file extension (for
example, WMV) in the Registered File Types box, then click the Advanced
button.
4. Click to clear the Confirm open after download check box, then click the
OK button.
5. Click the Close button on the Folder Options dialog box.

It doesn't apply because I have VISTA...

AND

Method 2 doesn't apply because HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\WMVFile\EditFlags

EditFlags isn't a DWORD it is Binary... plus it doesn't tell you what to
rename it... even if it was a DWORD

3. Click the EditFlags DWORD value, and then click Rename on the Edit menu.
4. Type a new name for the DWORD value, and then press ENTER.
5. On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD value.
6. Type EditFlags, and then press ENTER.
7. On the Edit menu, click Modify.
8. Type 10000 (Hexadecimal), and then click OK.

SO now what? I wonder...???
