Vista Home Prem to Ultimate

Hi all,
I need a bit of advice please, I bought Vista Home Premium (upgrade)
Academic version for my kids PC which I upgraded XP Home to Vista.

As I also use the PC I would like to upgrade to Ultimate using the Windows
Anytime Upgrade feature.

If I do decide to upgrade to Ultimate do I still need to buy the Windows
Anytime Upgrade CD or can I use my original Vista Home Premium Upgrade DVD.

Once Ultimate is installed and I make a full hard drive back including OS
using the built in software, would I have to re activate Ultimate if I ever
had to re-install from the back up.

Thank you,

The DVD contains all versions ( 32-Bit/64-Bit are different Disks ) so
you can use your existing DVD to do the Anytime upgrade.

The "Activation" state is saved inside the Image. That being said, in
Vista the key hardware hash vote member is the disk drive. So if you
restored the image to a new/different vendor/model drive it may
trigger a re-activation request. If restored back to the original disk
there shouldn't be an issue with Activation.
