Vista Firewall Profiles

Vista has 3 firewall profiles: Domain, Public, and Private. My system has 1
nic installed, connected to a domain. My domain profile is active and I
setup all my firewall rules.
The second I install a new nic for my private network the active firewall
profile changes to private. I lose all my configured rules and can't find a
way to force my domain profile. The only way to get my domain profile back
to active is to disable my private nic. How can I force my domain firewall
profile?
