vista email

I'm new at this! I've been in and out of "email Tools" (and a few other
places) and now I don't get the mail coming up automaticly. I have to click
on "send/recieve" before I see the mail. What have I done?

on "send/recieve" before I see the mail. What have I done?

Click on Tools, then Accounts, then your email account, then Properties.
If you don't see a check mark in the box before Include this account
when receiving mail or synchronizing, click on this box and then Apply.
Click on OK and then Close.

Click on Tools, then Options. If there's no check mark in the box
before Send and receive messages at startup, click on this box and then
Apply. Click on OK.
