Set up Email

I am trying to set up my email account so that I am able to send and recieve
emails, but I don't know what the servers are, does anyone have a clue. This
is for Microsoft Vista....I assume Windows Mail-Outlook.

Your email account provider should have the required server names and
settings on their website.
If you tell us who that is, perhaps someone can help.
