I have 2 E-mails accounts, I am able to send messages from both (testing) but
receiving from only account even if both are identified when receiving mail.
I find this very frustrating, I followed the Help guide to no avail. Anyone
for suggestions/solutions.

Assuming that "Include this account ..." is checked for both then it sounds
like they are aliases for the same POP3 mailbox on the server, in which case
the first account to check the mailbox will get all of the messages for both
accounts.
