vista desktop

I downloaded a program to desktop and have tried to delete it. I am only
left with a frozen file with "uninsooo 13/12/2008 7.55am outlook item 11kb"
The program is Malawarebytes' Anti-Malware.
Can anyone help on removal. I have tried "unlocker" with no success.

This newsgroup deals only with issues concerning the Windows Mail program.
